"Ultimate Victory" est le second album solo de Chamillionaire. Au début, la date de réalisation de cet opus était programmé pour le 27 Mars 2007, puis il a finalement été repousé au 18 Septembre 2007. Par ailleurs, l' artiste a collaboré dans cet album avec des pointures Hip Hop tel que Lil' Wayne, UGK, Krayzie Bone, Slick Rick, Devin The Dude ou encore Famous. Le rappeur a annoncé "Hip Hop Police" comme premier single en feat. avec Slick Rick, morceau produit par Jonathan Rotem. Le premier single officiel "Hip Hop Police" a filtré sur internet depuis le 18 Juin 2007. La vid' du premier single a été diffusé la première foi sur la chaîne américaine BET le 26 Juillet dernier.
